We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a service fee.

While 251 Landscapes takes great care in performing our services, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property or equipment,

  • Damage caused by hidden obstacles (e.g., irrigation lines, underground utilities, roots, rocks),

  • Weather-related incidents or delays,

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services.

Clients are responsible for notifying us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other potential hazards prior to service.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property,

  • Remove vehicles, pets, and obstacles from work areas,

  • Ensure access to water or electrical outlets if required.

Failure to do so may result in delays or additional service fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including logos, text, graphics, images, and layouts—is the property of 251 Landscapes or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any portion of the Site without our prior written consent.
